Obituary

MANCHESTER, MAINE
Edward John Kimball, age 24, died August 24, 2020 in Manchester, Maine. He was born on October 8, 1995 in Waterville, Maine.
Edward was loved by many. He had a quirky personality with a rough exterior, but those who knew him, knew he was kind, loving, and compassionate. He made everyone’s lives better; he made us all laugh. He loved animals. He and his fiancé had a dream to start an animal sanctuary and wanted to help other animal shelters.
Edward enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed lifting weights, bowling (at times), playing video games, and riding motorcycles.
He graduated from Winslow High School in Winslow, Maine in 2013 and studied precision machining at Mid Maine Technical Center in Waterville, Maine. He worked for Alcom in Winslow most recently but established a family with friends at Sparetime Recreation in Augusta, being an avid bowler.
He is survived by his fiancé, Allie Ferguson from Manchester; his father, Gregory Kimball from China; his mother, Paula Kimball-Vigue and her husband, Patrick Vigue from South China; his brother, Jason Kimball from China; his grandparents Timothy Bickford and Jacqueline Goodrich from Benton and Ivan Wentworth from Montville, his uncle John Kimball and his wife Pamala from Windsor, Maine, his uncle Brian Wentworth from West Virginia, his uncle Gary Wentworth from Montville, his aunt Pamela Stock and her husband Daniel from Kansas, and many many more family and friends.
Rest in peace, Edward!
If you have pictures or memories of Edward that you would like to share,
Donation’s in Eddie’s memory can be made to PALS No Kill shelter (188 Case Rd, Winthrop, ME 04364, or any other No Kill shelter of your choice; he’d be happy with that.

My heart was sadden to read about the the loss of Edward and I wanted to give my warmest condolences to the family. He was so well loved and to lose someone like him can bring such sadness but the God of comfort tells us at 2 Kings 20:5 He feels our pain. At jw.org we can read in the Bible John 5:28,29 that not only does God care but he will also remove all the suffering he sees and gives assurance that you will have him in your life once again. May all the beautiful memories you have give you calm and peace until God’s promises come true. Again so very sorry for your heartache. 💐

My most beloved moments of Edward was from day 1 through August 22. Edward is my Grandson and ever since he was born he just stole my heart and I've loved him with all my heart. When he was in the lower grades in school he had to put on a piece of poster paper, who he was thankful for at thanksgiving time, he wrote on his paper {Eddie is thankful for Nana} then he drew 2 stick people , 1 was me and the other was him. There was also a heart made out of pipe cleaners attached to it. It hangs in the computer room where I can see it at all times. There have been so many wonderful memories of Edward, but the very last memory of Edward is August 22, at our family reunion when he and his brother showed up and spend the whole afternoon, and when they got ready to leave I gave them both great big hugs and told them I loved them very much. I was so happy to see them there . Edward, Nan loves you so much and I am going to miss you for the rest of my life . RIP and say hi to Jamie,
