Peter Henry Warman - age 55, of Windsor, Maine unexpectedly passed on January 7, 2020, in Whitefield. He was born in Bangor, Maine, on September 7, 1964, to the late Beanie (Authur) R. Warman Sr. and Betty Lee (Webster) Warman.
Pete was a husband, father, mentor and friend to many, a funny man that always saw the good in people. He was a charismatic storyteller who became lifelong friends with everyone that crossed his path. Pete left a huge set of rubber marks and a cloud of smoke on his way through the Pearly Gates. We are sure he has already started looking for deals and setting up car shows, and swap meets. He will be deeply missed by all those he touched.
Pete grew up in Frankfort and was a graduate of Searsport District High School. After high school, Pete proudly served in the United States Navy from 1983, where he traveled to many countries until he was honorably discharged in 1989. Before retiring in 2017, Pete worked for the Maine Department of Corrections for 27 years as a Corrections Officer and, most recently, the Prison Steward in Warren. He proudly served as the Unit Chair and Chief Steward for AFSCME Local 2968 for 20 years. In 2019 Pete fulfilled his lifelong dream of owning a garage. He opened “PeteStreets” in Whitefield, where he did what he loved most, caring for his countless friends and family.
Pete is survived by his loving wife, Emily Seavey Warman of Windsor, ME; his children, Jessica Patterson and her husband Matthew of Waterville, ME; Matthew Warman of Windsor, ME; Jocelyn Philbrook and her husband Randy of Portsmouth, NH; Jeremiah Lynds and his wife Casseylee of Waldo, ME; Jessy Everett and her husband Joshua of Rockland, ME; Jackie Lynds of Lisbon Falls, ME; and Archie Searles Jr; his siblings, Sharon Seekins and her husband Dennis of Searsport, ME; Stephen Warman and his wife Monica of Bangor, ME; Arthur Warman of Searsport, ME; Blaine Warman and wife Janice of Boscawen, NH; and his partners in crime, Olivia, Ronin, Elizabeth, Samuel, Amelia, Connor and Henley, the seven grandchildren he adored.
